Responsibilities
• Develop and grow client and prospective client relationships• Cross sell products and services• Achieve sales and service targets• Resolve customer maintenance and service problems• Maintain knowledge of banking channels and digital solutions• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately• Contribute to client retention and financial success• Acquire new Community Bank relationships• Handle all transactions, servicing needs, and inquiries• Meet account opening and lending goals
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED Equivalent• Minimum one year relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience• Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registered• Experienced bankers with completed Relationship Banker requirements• Minimum one year banking experience• Currently registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or previously registered and eligible to re-register
