Responsibilities
• Focus on new construction communities within designated sales territory• Develop relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and housing community groups• Acquire new customers through relationship building, community events, lead generation, prospecting, and door-to-door interactions• Sell Spectrum's superior products to customers• Participate in sales meetings and training
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent education• Effective communication, listening, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills• Willingness to learn about products and have sales conversations about technology• Ability to work independently, be results-oriented, persuasive, have a positive attitude, and be resilient• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
