With a 35-year foundation in hardware and software supply chain augmenting our deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organizations through complex digital decisions to achieve extraordinary results.The Market Development Executive (MDE) is responsible for selling Insight's analytics solutions to clients across various industries.  The MDE will partner closely with Analytics Services Leadership to build an Analytics client growth strategy for new and existing services clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in specialty areas of the Service LineBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizationsDefine and execute technical account growth strategy in partnership with Services deliveryIdentify new opportunities for specialty solutions and servicesDevelop customized proposals and presentations along with Services DeliveryConduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscapeManage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closeWork closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfactionDevelop executive client trusted relationships relative to technical area of expertiseProvide regular updates to management on sales progress and pipeline developmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in analytics or related fieldProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of analytics solutions and servicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel as neededInsight is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law.The position described above provides a summary of some the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight.
