Responsibilities
• Cultivate and establish essential relationships with payers and field reimbursement personnel• Support the development and execution of Site of Care (SOC) strategies• Analyze reimbursement and access issues and serve as the local access and reimbursement resource• Collaborate cross-functionally to address field-based needs or concerns• Develop and execute activities to maximize pull through• Lead customer engagements regarding economic impact of ADMA Biologics solutions• Develop and execute integrated business plans to increase and maximize SOC options• Evaluate, develop, monitor, and measure partnerships/business plans• Develop strong alliance with field-based colleagues for cross-functional support• Develop and deliver business presentations/reviews to customers/partners
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in life science or business• 3-5 years' experience with payers, field reimbursement, and market access• Strong analytical background• Minimum of 6 years' experience with market access/site of care customer segments and reimbursement• Ability to work independently and make decisions• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments• Excellent planning and organizational skills• Ability to travel up to 75% of workdays• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
