Shift: Evening (7pm-7:30 am) Sunday-Monday-Tueday Every other Saturday
Operating Hours
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production-related problems
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Document production activities, including any deviations from standard procedures
Assist in the training of new team members and provide guidance as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing software
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
