The Position: The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operations and supporting the hourly workforce in the Processing department.

PAY RANGE: $56,825-$71,031 DISCRETIONARY TARGET BONUS OF 12% Responsibilities: Responsible for having a Safety-First mindset. Engage with all hourly employees, quality, productivity, and process control. Work closely with maintenance to help troubleshoot and schedule maintenance tasks for assigned areas. Interface effectively with other members of supervision and personnel from other departments and ISWA personnel. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Industrial supervisory experience preferred. High school or equivalent required. Ability to understand complex machinery and problem solving. Must be able to muti-task, prioritize and execute decisions. Ability to learn safety expectations, quality expectations, and production expectations. Must be capable of leading departmental meetings to discuss safety, quality, and production targets.
