We are recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and maintaining quality management systems in a manufacturing environment. APPLY TODAY! Manufacturing Quality Manager Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system compliant with industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent) Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. Investigate and resolve quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions Monitor and analyze quality data, key metrics, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and suppliers, to ensure quality standards are met Perform supplier evaluation, qualification, and monitoring to maintain an approved supplier base Provide training and guidance to staff on quality processes, procedures, and best practices Represent the quality department in management reviews and stakeholder meetings Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and statutory requirements Manufacturing Quality Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role, preferably in an AS9100 environment (ISO 9001 environment is a minimum requirement) In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.) Experience in the aerospace, automotive, Medical or defense industries Familiarity with quality standards and regulations relevant to the industry Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office suite Manufacturing Quality Manager Benefits :
