Manufacturing Production Manager Benefits: Bonus eligible 401k with company match Comprehensive health benefits Encouraged PTO Monday-Friday shift Manufacturing Production Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications: Training and development of staff, and maintaining proper staffing levels Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and production protocols Monitor and track production activities, communicate goals, updates, and performance Maintain optimal stock levels and handle all inventory supply Establish and monitor Production KPIs to enhance productivity and reduce costs and waste Identify cost-saving opportunities and control expenses without compromising quality or safety Deadline-driven: ability to meet the demands of production targets by proper forecasting At Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
