Boost Efficiency: Analyze processes across Vortex facilities to pinpoint opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement solutions to streamline operations and maximize workflow. Enhance Quality: Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the company. Identify potential issues and implement measures to ensure consistent production of high-quality products. Expand Capacity: Analyze production capabilities and identify opportunities to increase output while maintaining quality standards. Prioritize Safety: Evaluate potential safety hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks and improve overall working conditions for all employees. You'll Be a Success If You Have: A strong analytical mind with a knack for problem-solving. Excellent data analysis skills and a proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen). The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and gain buy-in from various stakeholders across the company. Requirements Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering; significant relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Three years of Industrial Engineering and / or continuous improvement focused work experience preferred. A working knowledge of various manufacturing processes is required. This position requires working fixed days Monday through Thursday with fixed hours of 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Schedule deviation must be approved by the Manager. This job may require overtime. This is a salaried exempt position.
