Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our New Product Development Engineering team! The position is responsible for providing innovative and cost-savings solutions to CNC machining processes.Responsibilities include:Develop and deliver innovative and cost-effective CNC machining processes for new components including CNC machine, process, fixture, and tooling selection.Develop and debug new processes to meet customer and company required process capabilities and company cost targets.Represent Process Engineering team and provide manufacturing expertise to overall new product development and operational teams, including quality team, program management team, prototype team and sales team.Work with customer New Production Development teams and purchasing teams, providing feedback for design for manufacturability and process selection.Develop procedures, proper documentation and create and execute training programs to maintain process control.Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to gain support and report progress to all stakeholders.
