The Manufacturing Principal Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering projectsThey will ensure that designs meet customer requirements and can be manufacturedThis role will lead and manage a team of engineers

Responsibilities
• Complete complex projects on time, managing schedule and budget• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and external suppliers• Perform engineering calculations and investigations• Research and propose new technologies for product development• Maintain communication with suppliers, customers, and resources• Enforce engineering criteria and drawing standards• Direct preparation of layouts, drawings, specifications, and bills of material• Provide subject matter expertise leadership to technical staff• Lead the Business Unit engineering group to support business objectives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, or related field• Seven or more years of relevant experience
