Seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Professional to lead and inspire a team of 6-15 members in manufacturing production. You'll champion safety and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles. Responsibilities include providing guidance and support to team members, overseeing hiring and development, optimizing production flow, and ensuring quality standards. Key duties involve conducting team meetings, enforcing standard procedures, implementing problem-solving techniques, and fostering a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, preferably in metalworking, along with proficiency in production planning, MES, and MS Office Suite. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a commitment to ongoing growth are essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous. Physical requirements include visual management on the shop floor and occasional lifting, while the work environment entails exposure to noise, metals, machinery, and fluctuating temperatures.
