Manufacturing Engineering Technician Adecco is assisting a global leader in marine recreation, recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer Technician in Lowell, Michigan.
As a Manufacturing Engineer Technician, you will support manufacturing engineers in new product development projects and existing production needs, focusing on continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
· Provide technical support for new product development and existing production.
· Integrate new equipment and processes, including installation and troubleshooting.
· Support continuous improvement in manufacturing operations, including safety and layout optimization.
· Assist in identifying and resolving manufacturing-related customer issues.
· Develop and maintain product cost information.
· Perform cost analysis for process improvements.
· Conduct product time studies and balance production lines.
· Process engineering change notices for bills of material, product routings, and costs.
· Develop and edit work instructions.
· Create and modify CAD models/drawings for fixture designs.
· Collaborate with project teams to meet quality, cost, and timing goals.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Work Environment
· Infrequent travel may be required as needed.
· Must be able to flex schedule between shifts, as needed, to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
· Education - High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or technology emphasis is preferred.
· Experience - 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting that includes process development and improvement preferred. *Combination of experience/education will be considered

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
