Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate with different offices in support of relocation of machines and production lines plus some PPAP activities Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues Design and implement quality control measures to ensure product compliance with industry standards Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and testing Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex manufacturing challenges About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
