Key Responsibilities:
Develop and build mechanical/electromechanical fixturing for manufacturing/testing of PCBs and final products.
Implement automation solutions, including traditional automation and robotic arm product assembly. Observe and optimize manual processes to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into production.
Design and implement different types of in-circuit and functional testing of PCB boards and fully assembled products using industry standard and company developed equipment. Design and implement mechanical fixtures to support manufacturing processes.
Identify opportunities for process automation, calculate ROI, and lead automation projects from concept to implementation. Utilize SolidWorks and 3D printing tools for prototyping and design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering environment
Electromechanical background (PCB's, Electrical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Schematics)
SolidWorks preferred, AutoCAD
