Job Overview:The primary responsibility will be to support manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development and optimization of work instructions, implement and update Standardized Work Procedures, manage deviations, and enhance the overall manufacturing sequence, line balance, and lineside part presentation. What You'll Do:Keep the process sequence updated using Delmia and ensure the MES is live with the latest process.Collaborate with the engineering team to develop clear and concise work instructions for various manufacturing processes.Manage the deviation process from initiation from the engineering team to deploying on the assembly line with the appropriate work instructions. Analyze and optimize the manufacturing sequence to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times.Work with cross-functional teams to balance production lines, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimizing bottlenecks.Evaluate and enhance lineside part presentation to improve ergonomics, minimize handling time, and reduce the risk of errors.Implement visual management techniques to facilitate easy identification and retrieval of parts.Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing changes to enhance overall manufacturing performance.Utilize data analysis and feedback from production teams to drive ongoing improvements.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts.Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
