Responsibilities
• Handle all facets of work without letting details slip through the cracks• Meet or exceed productivity goals• Implement LEAN manufacturing principles• Work to exacting standards and high precision• Think outside of the box to suggest ideas or improvements• Work in a safe manner and help others do the same• Willingness to work where needed• Stand and walk up to 10 hours per day• Lift and move at least 80 pounds consistently
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or an Associates and/or military service preferred• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm or Monday – Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm with overtime as needed• Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement• Communication and conflict resolution skills• Desire to learn and grow professionally and personally• Physical ability to meet requirements listed in job description• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
