We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Manager of Therapy Services to lead and inspire our dedicated team. Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration: Current and unrestricted WA State PT or OT License. BLS Certification required within 3 months of hire. Requirements: Masters degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Two years of supervisory experience. Four years of professional-level experience; inpatient and outpatient experience preferred. Business/program development experience preferred. Responsibilities: Manage therapy and fitness services, ensuring quality patient-centered care and efficient operations. Identify needs and opportunities for therapy and fitness programming to support the districts mission and vision. Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing assessment of clinical services and programs. Optimize the use of therapy and gym space for patient care and fitness services. Actively promote therapy Fitness Services through marketing plans and materials. Develop comprehensive business plans, forecasts, and models.
