Responsibilities
• Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance for team members.• Set performance expectations and goals for team members.• Conduct regular performance assessments and reviews.• Develop and execute the company's strategic plans.• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.• Participate in business development and recruiting efforts.• Manage budget performance and revenue targets.• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.• Build professional network and attend industry events.• Participate in regular meetings and generate comprehensive reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field preferred.• 10+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.• Active Colorado Real Estate License.• Completion of managing broker's course within 3 months of employment.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Understanding and commitment to broker and client satisfaction.• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
