We're recruiting the Managing Consultant (Employee Benefits), both Full-Time with Remote Flexibility , for a Leading Strategic Insurance Advisory Firm focused on driving business growth for employers of all sizes. Combining people and tech, our client offers employers a best-in-class combination of strategic benefit advisory services, analytics, compliance support, HR management tools, and comprehensive insurance offerings.
Core Focuses & Growth Opportunity: -In this highly visible role, the Managing Consultant will be integral to managing & maintaining their assigned book of business while proactively contributing to new business partnership channels.
-Guide and foster the professional growth of their assigned team members.
-Paved roadmap for continued growth and recognition from Executive Leadership.
Desired Skills: 4+ years experience within an Account Management role previously. Active Life and Health License (State of MO). Previous Insurance Brokerage experience or Benefit Administration Firm experience. Proven knowledge of Health and Ancillary products. Proven experience supporting Private Equity clientele. Well-versed in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) activities. Bachelor's Degree – preferred. Incentives: Competitive Base Salary
