In this role you'll be responsible to lead a small team to implement and
administer enterprise-wide document
management
and Workflow solutions
and related procedures that will allow for creation, organizing, scanning, and indexing documents in connection with the Bank's Enterprise Document Management plan.
A Day in the Life:
Lead and
Maintain Workflow solutions
currently built and in use by the bank.
Research, design, develop, test, and implement document management solutions and services
in Fiserv Director
and related technologies.
Build, test, and
implement Workflow solutions
to create efficiencies as approved.
Scan and import documents into document management software.
Propose recommendations for improving document management procedures.
Provide administrative support in document management software.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide
troubleshooting/support.
Assist with document management software upgrades through testing and communication to departments affected.
Support department managers in creating imaging procedures.
Onboard, coach and develop team members.
Work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects with dynamic priorities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Systems, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, Computer Science, or equivalent educational/work experience preferred.
(OCWA) OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator
or Fiserv Director Workflow
certification preferred as we select qualified candidate.
3+ years of proven leadership experience.
Experience
with Fiserv products
preferred.
2+ years of related experience in a bank environment preferred.
Knowledge in Coding preferred.
