We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee our shipping and receiving area!
In this role, you will provide leadership to a team that includes a wide variety of duties. including warehouse order picking, shipping, and receiving. Your experience as a leader will provide your team with training, planning and problem solving for the shipping and receiving area. How you will make an impact: Manage daily warehouse picking, shipping, and receiving areas
Provide work direction and manage projects effectively through planning, organization, project management and project execution
Act as escalation point for issues and provide leadership and guidance to team
Work directly with multiple other departments to meet customer needs and expectations
Implement measures to improve quality of service, efficiency, and performance
Measure and report department KPIs
Assist with daily cycle counting, inventory control, and year-end audit preparation activities
Enforce company policies and safety regulations
Other duties as needed
Basic Qualifications: Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Mgmt, Operations Mgmt, Business Mgmt or equivalent education and work experience
3+ years of Management/Supervisory experience
8+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills in a warehouse environment
Ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing, warehouse environment
Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Mgmt, Operations Mgmt or Business Mgmt
Oracle WMS experience
Precision Shipping Software experience
Tableau experience
QuickSight experience (AWS reporting tool)
Lean experience
