With the anticipated category changes will come heightened requirements in the liquidity, capital, and regulatory reporting domains. To prepare, American Express is pursuing Project Fast Forward to interpret these new requirements and uplift capabilities to meet our needs. A Program Management Office (PMO) has been established to oversee this multi-year transformation initiative that is critical to American Express' continued success. The PMO will coordinate across Finance and other enterprise partners to facilitate the end-to-end lifecycle of change management.The Manager will be responsible for helping to lead a workstream of the program and collaborating closely with members of the PMO team to drive key outcomes with business partners. This role will have significant exposure to global stakeholders and senior leaders. The Manager will partner with those leaders to establish project plans and tracking to ensure progress against project milestones. Each workstream has a high degree of operational complexity given the level and detail of data requirements, tight timelines and required coordination across multiple teams.
