Under the direction of the Director, Supply Chain, the Manager Supply Chain Analytics, Systems, and CI will partner with the Supply Chain and Finance leadership and staff to improve process design, quantify efficiencies gained, and optimize the ERP software, Oracle, to achieve full benefit of its offerings. This role will serve as the leader of a small team within Supply Chain and be the subject matter expert for Oracle and other systems. Develop skills across the Supply Chain organization to drive and maintain a KPI dashboard for Supply Chain (purchasing, warehousing, and sourcing) and work with the Director to highlight improvement opportunities. Lastly, be an example of a Continuous Improvement leader by obtaining six sigma belt certification and lead / support CI efforts across the team through Kaizen leadership, data analytics for projects, and individually driving six sigma belt projects.
Leads Continuous Improvement projects, along with supporting other CI projects led by Supply Chain members. Analyzes data to identify areas of the Supply Chain to improve efficiency. Seeks guidance and feedback from the CFO, Director, Center of Excellence, and other ELC members to drive CI. Hires, develops, and retains outstanding talent. Establishes clear goals and objectives for staff to meet business targets. Prepares and delivers performance evaluations. Evaluates and manages system (Oracle) needs, troubleshooting, enhancements, functional changes, updates, report writing, data/spend analytics, and regulatory compliance. Acts as Supply Chain subject matter expert (SME).


Collaborates with IS/Finance to develop Oracle strategies and align with SC functions to recommend/lead process improvements on Oracle system improvements that drive efficiency and better customer service. Interrogates and prioritizes the management (i.e. adds, deactivations, edits) of item and vendor master database. Recommend options to innovate master data (item & vendor) maintenance and accuracy. Serves as subject matter expert for Oracle software and provides system training for new and existing users. Develops Analytics team to level-up their knowledge of the system and creates an environment where users across SC become educated on the system through process documentation, user forums, and troubleshooting (i.e. quarterly updates). Generates, updates, and reports out a Supply Chain KPI dashboard to drive accountability. Provides analytics and collects data from the organization. Partners with the Director to prioritize improvement areas and engage with Sr. Leadership to gain insights and direction. Acts as a System Administrator for the CLM Software, creates workflows and modifies the system to the organization's needs. Fosters strong relationships with stakeholder users in the system, companywide, to drive improvements, documentation updates, and/or minor modifications to the process/software. Ensures validations, SOPs, training documents, job aides are complete, accurate and operational; monitors performance and takes appropriate action. Actively engage with all SC levels of management along with QA leadership to ensure compliance. Develops analytic capabilities in the team, which includes pulling data from systems, summarizing and synthesizing data, analyzing data to show conclusions, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Enables members of the organization to gain access to key data to do day-to-day functions more efficiently. Maintains and updates Supplier Risk Assessment, partners to anticipate risk, and prioritizes projects with the organization to reduce Supply Chain (product availability) risk. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures Education Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, or relevant field required Master's Degree preferred Experience 3-5 years of analytics and systems experience required 3-5 years in supply chain or a related field, including purchasing, sourcing, warehousing, and/or logistics required 1-2 years of leadership experience, including supervisory, team lead, and/or project team management experience required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities In depth knowledge of enterprise-wide financial and supply chain systems and related processes required Continuous improvement orientation with an understanding of Lean principles and applications required Knowledge of general application architecture and databases; ability to evaluate impact on solution outcomes required High problem identification, data analysis, change management, and issue resolution skills required Project management skills: ability to organize, plan, and execute projects from the identification stage through implementation required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization and effectively educate/train small and large user groups required Demonstrated leadership skills to include team building, problem solving, effective reasoning, and conflict resolution required Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and relationship management skills required Licenses and Certifications Supply Chain/ERP certification(s) preferred Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green, and/or Black Belt preferred Tools and Technology Extensive use of MS office, particularly Excel required Oracle (ERP), Agiloft (Contract Lifecycle Management) preferred
