LOCATION STATEMENT: New York Preferred / Remote (Candidates must reside in Eastern or Central time zones)As the Manager of the Enterprise Solutions Consulting Team, you will help coach and mentor our world-class team of SCs to support our Sales Team to meet and exceed our revenue targets. You will support your team to execute winning strategies to position Amplitude's value in the hearts and minds of our prospects. This is a "hands on" role. Ideal candidates must be ready to perform demonstrations to executives, drive urgency to secure the technical win and build relationships with technical stakeholders. They must "lead from the front".To be successful in this role, you must be directly involved in opportunity strategy and execution.Candidates must have a track record of success as both an individual contributor and a manager of PreSales teams. You will be expected to lead demonstrations to executives, remove barriers to achieving the technical win and own the performance of the team.Help us meet or exceed our revenue targets.Coach and develop a team of high performance Solutions Consultants.Be an excellent recruiter. Articulate a deep understanding of Amplitude technology to prospect and customer audiences, from the C-suite to Dept Heads to Engineering, removing obstacles and delivering differentiated technical and business value propositions and proof points to customersDevelop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.Travel to customer on-sites to deliver demos and presentations to build strong customer relationshipsYou'll be a great addition to the team if you have: 3+ years managing a Pre-Sales solutions team3+ years of individual contributor Pre-Sales experience in a customer-facing rolePrior experience with analytics, business intelligence, experimentation, DMPs and/or CDPs is a mustA track record of displaying Amplitude's core values: ownership, humility and growth mindsetPassion for encouraging individual development and learning through clear feedback, equitable & inclusive processes, and hands-on management techniquesExcellent communication, listening, and presentation skillsAn appetite for self-improvement, encouraging team growth, and seeking new informationAbility to travel to help our prospects (up to 30%)Who We AreThe Company:Amplitude is filled with humble, life-long learners who are eager to help one another and the company succeed. Colorado range: $181,000 - $272,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in New York City. New York City salary range: $201,000 - $302,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $201,000 - $302,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $181,000 - $272,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $181,000 - $272,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans.
