Manager, Salesforce Engineering

Interwell Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Salesforce Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this position you will play a crucial role in leading, managing and developing a team. You will drive the direction and future of our Salesforce system to support business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and background in Salesforce as well as experience managing technical teams.What you'll do:Lead and manage a diverse team of outsourced, onshore, and full-time technical resources to achieve project milestones and deliverables.Drive the strategic direction and evolution of our Salesforce system to align with business goals and healthcare standards.Ensure the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions, adhering to best practices in software engineering and Salesforce platform customization.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, mentoring team members and facilitating professional growth.Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective delivery of software projects.Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, trends in digital healthcare technology, and compliance regulations to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant.What you'll needMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role within a software engineering environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or Salesforce certifications are a plusStrong background in Salesforce, including platform customization, development, and administration. Salesforce Health Cloud experience a plus.Demonstrated experience in managing outsourced, onshore, and full-time technical teams.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex software projects from conception to delivery.Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is highly desirable.
