Job summary
The UHS Corporate Business Office is seeking a dynamic and talented Manager - Revenue Cycle (Patient Access).This position supports the UHS Acute Care front-end revenue cycle processes.Key responsibilities include monitoring facility compliance, providing leadership, and overseeing relationships with revenue cycle vendors.

Responsibilities
• Monitors facility compliance with current standards, policies, and procedures.• Provides leadership and direction for high-level projects and technology decisions.• Oversees and maintains relationships with revenue cycle vendors.• Develops technical roadmaps and operational guidance for patient access applications.• Collaborates with IT and other teams in the design and optimization of patient access-related tools.• Leads teams in meeting performance standards and achieving KPIs.• Ensures resolution of service and maintenance IT tickets for Patient Access Service Applications.• Assists with implementation of new products and services.• Supports the continuous assessment of patient access functions.• Discovers and implements opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.• 5-8 years of related experience required.• Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle systems, functions, policies, and procedures.• Experience with front-end revenue cycle operations.• Knowledgeable about healthcare industry trends and regulations.• Proven record of identifying process improvement opportunities.• Previous experience with Experian eligibility tools and Cerner Patient Management preferred.• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, and email.• Organized and detail-oriented.
