What you will do: CyberArk is seeking a Manager, Presentation Designto lead the creation of executive-level presentations and other strategic materials that are essential to support CyberArk's vision. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to create beautiful, concise, simple and compelling presentations. This unique role is for a creative talent who's passionate about bringing together storytelling and design. You will be a creative problem solver, helping our team transform complex information into easy-to-understand visual concepts that capture our messages in the most impactful ways, and optimize them for key audiences, formats and channels. The position demands experience and the capability to manage multiple projects and creative teams, collaborating smoothly with cross-functional leaders throughout the company.
Key responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership and subject matter experts to translate their content and ideas into engaging and compelling visual stories made of distinct narrative and beautiful design. Create well-designed and thoughtful presentations to showcase strategic concepts and product capabilities for industry keynotes, customer and partner presentations.Push creative boundaries by constantly pursuing new concepts and approaches, bringing forth new ideas and presentation design techniques.Working closely with our Brand Strategy team, design and maintain our branded presentation system within the company.Leading a small team of presentation and motion graphic designers, provide design direction and oversee the development of all presentation materials to ensure that they follow best practices and meet brand and quality standards.In partnership with Creative Services team, act as a champion for brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in presentation and video materials.Manage external agencies or freelancers as necessary. How you will stand out from the crowd: 8+ years' experience as a presentation designer or content designerBachelor's degree in Art and Graphic Design, Marketing, or CommunicationsProficient in PowerPoint and passionate about maximizing its functionality for exceptional visual execution.Experience in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere ProExperience developing video concepts and storyboards and managing the video production processExcellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to tell stories and communicate concepts with easy-to-understand, eye-catching visualsStrong writing and editing skills a plusStrong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skillsExceptional attention to detailDemonstrated success working with and influencing C-level executives Preference for the role to be based (hybrid) in Newton, MA.

The salary range for this position is $98,000 – $140,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
