What You Will Do: You will be responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition team (1 TA Specialist) & processes (US & Canada). This will include hiring, performance management, coaching and development.You will be a player coach and will develop & maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers. You will partner with HM's to understand their needs and help guide them throughout the recruitment process.You will run a full cycle desk. You will work with many functional areas recruiting for many different levels of roles.You will be a true candidate sourcer. You don't wait for applications to come in-you are able to proactively find potential (para)'digmers. And you know how to train this superpower. You also know how to teach the next generation of sourcers!You will own the Paradigm Talent Brand, overseeing social media (Glassdoor, LI, Paradigm Career page).You will create the content and deliver recruitment & hiring specific internal trainings.You will review offer recommendations, aligning to budget and HR comp approval.You will be responsible for weekly, monthly, and yearly metrics and reporting.You will be responsible to provide assistance/back up to other HR needs as they arise.What You Need to Succeed: You will have a bachelor's degree or associate Degree, or related experience AND 5+ years of experience as a full cycle Recruiter.You must love juggling multiple priorities. Organized chaos is where you thrive. The req load can vary as we are a scaling company.You must have working knowledge of HR policies & standard practices. Specifically focused around recruitment.We are a scrappy HR dept. If coffee needs to get made-we do it. If furniture needs to be moved-we step up. You must be willing to help out with some random, outside of the traditional role duties as they arise.You have excellent customer service and strong communication (both written & verbal).
