General Description: This full time non-exempt position will supervise a well-trained competent staff of resident supervisors, who will perform all duties related to safety, security, control of residents and the sanitation of the facility, in accordance with Company and contract requirements.
Job Requirements: (Performs other work related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor) Supervising, training, developing and monitoring the performance of a staff of competent resident supervisors;Assisting in developing and implementing work schedules to cover each shift in the respective facility in accordance with contract;Ensuring that resident supervisors complete all the duties required for each shift in accordance with contract and company requirements;Ensuring compliance with all contract mandated accountability issues included in the duties of resident supervisors;Conducting investigations regarding resident misconduct;Ensuring proper contract agency and Company policy orientation/training for resident supervisors on a continuing basis;Ensuring that all resident supervisors maintain active CPR and First Aid certifications;Participating in required training and development sessions;Maintaining a working knowledge of supervisory skills; andPerforming other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations/Sr. Manager.Qualifications/Skill Requirements: Three years of demonstrated effectiveness in supervising and developing personnel in a human service organization. First Aid and CPR certifications (will be provided if not current), a valid driving license (New Jersey operation) and a clean driving record are required. An associate's degree preferred with advanced supervisory/management training.
