With a 35-year foundation in hardware and software supply chain augmenting our deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity and intelligent edge,we guide organizations through complex digital decisions to achieve extraordinary results.As a Sr Manager of Finance, Corporate FP&A at Insight, you'll own a crucial component of managing corporate financial analysis, system integration, data modeling, and workflow design of budgeting cycles, in addition to collaborating with other members of the FP&A finance team and executives across the business.  In this role, you'll be focused on advising and assisting the VP of Finance with consolidating revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, understanding forecasting and analysis, base cost planning, and ad hoc modeling.  This position will also assist in integration efforts for recently acquired M&A targets, for both systems and reporting. Experience in corporate finance or accounting function is preferred.This is a dynamic and high-profile position requiring you to utilize a broad range of financial, process, operational and strong communication skills.What you'll do at Insight:Lead a focused team on financial planning and analysis for our Global business, acting as a key advisor to executives across the business, helping them manage their offerings and guide decision making.Development and management of relevant value-added reporting and analysis that caters to the needs of service delivery, sales, and executive audiences.StrategicMulti-year planning for key strategic categoriesAid in new acquisition integration, across all impacted systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI)Craft relevant KPIs necessary to measure forecast accuracy and portfolio riskSolution offering development through pricing analysis by marketSG&A analysis and the associated impact on net incomeAnnualAssist with annual budget process for services offeringsResource reporting as well as LOB revenue and profit budgets that drive sales and delivery quotasSetting project bookings targets and delivery analysis to drive actions necessary to meet goalsOperationalLead development of business intelligence and services management systems to support reporting of key business drivers across offerings in the portfolioProject profitability at offering, category and client portfolio levelsLabor utilization and forecastingClient and partner analysisIntegration and support of multiple tools sets that lead to financial outcomesFinancialAggregate new acquisition financial datasets, ultimately generating concise reporting metricsDaily, weekly, monthly, quarterly financial analysis that reports progress of services business for each stakeholderSupport (as necessary) accounting processes in monthly close processSupport (as necessary) the review of compensation matters related to servicesLeadershipLead and develop talent to ensure appropriate technical skills, business coverage and finance alignment to the strategic and operational needs of the businessRepresent financial concepts with the ability to cite detail and articulate key messages at appropriate audience levelsPersuade internal stakeholders to opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency, process and profitabilityWhat you'll need to join Insight:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred; 5+ years' experience in FP&A in leadership roles.Experience in project-based professional services business, managed services, and/or consulting.Integrated systems experience across CRM, statements of work databases, ServiceNow, PMIS, and project management and SAP ERP systems.Experience managing projects across multiple systems.Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; outstanding analytical and writing skills.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a teammate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
