We're looking for a Manager of Educational Partnerships to join our team, focusing on the states of Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our growth, market penetration, and implementation goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator with strong literacy expertise, dedicated to our pedagogy and expanding our reach. Reporting to the Regional Director, you'll be responsible for achieving annual revenue goals and developing a sales strategy for your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand local district funding and initiatives, align our programs to support those needs, and assist schools and districts with quotes and purchase orders.
Collaborate to organize online campaigns and events, inviting educators to professional learning opportunities.
Identify relevant conferences and apply to present and exhibit.
Develop relationships with districts to meet or exceed sales goals.
Pilot Collaborative Literacy programs in schools, setting up professional learning and benchmarks for impact measurement.
Follow up with current customers on implementation and support, and expand our programs within districts.
Qualifications:
Confident interaction with key decision-makers.
Experience presenting for adult learners.
Proficiency with social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Residence in one of the states within the territory.
5 years of experience in professional learning, teaching, coaching, or administration.
Basic relationship-sales knowledge.
Knowledge of K-8 pedagogy and best practices in literacy instruction.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and occasionally nationally.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Data savvy with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute sales strategies.
Technology Skills: Google Suite, Mac OS, MS Office Suite, Salesforce (preferred).
Commitment to educational equity and access.
Education, Certification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Teaching Credential, Administrative Credential, Master's/Doctorate preferred).
Physical Demands:
Lift at least 25 pounds.
Access to a car.
Up to 50% travel.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation Range: $85,000 - $94,000 per year.
Base pay may vary depending on geographic region.
$5,000 or $7,000 sign-on bonus (depending on state of residence).
Sales-based bonus plan.
