Job Title : Manager of Call Center Operations with Continuous Opportunities for Growth!
A Day in the Life as a Manager of Call Center Operations : As a Manager of Call Center Operations, you'll be responsible for exceeding forecasted revenue targets through an aggressive rental and sales effort plan. Ensure compliance with insurance standards to protect the company. Prepare the necessary paperwork. Proper use of our Systems: TSD, GSA STR Website Gmail and Master's Website. Frequent review of the tracking spreadsheet, sell over list, and detail workflow calendar. Work with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. Address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. Qualifications :
Good Communication. Good Judgment. Problem Solving. Quick Decision Making. Time Management. Attention to Detail. Planning and Organization. Good Moral Compass & Integrity. Works Well with Teams. Proficient in MS Office & Other Systems. Knowledge of business and management principles. Effective Leader. Preferred: CRM Experience . Preferred: Logistics Experience. Preferred: Sales Experience. Preferred: GSA/ Military Experience . Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelors Degree. Benefits: $70,000-$80,000+ Commission. Paid Time Off.
