We are looking for a Manager, Mid-Market Sales to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and forward-thinking business folks. As our Manager Mid-Market Sales, DACH you will lead a team of Account Executives in the DACH region responsible for continuing the growth of our Enterprise product. You will report directly to our Director, Commercial Sales, DACH. With this role you’ll be part of early DACH in a fast growing sales org. You’ll collaborate with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.This is a full time role that will be held from our Berlin office. What you'll be doing:Create and manage a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of successParticipate in customer and prospect meetingsAssist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring and career growthHelp craft and further develop sales processes and initiativesInterview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and companyDeliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goalsWe’d love to hear from you if you have:7+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS)2+ years of management experienceUnderstanding of our technical and competitive landscapeAbility to thrive in a constantly evolving environmentOutstanding coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skillsExcitement for growing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationshipsProven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teamFluency in German While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:Additional years of management experience within a SaaS companyExperience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experienceAbility to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environmentExperience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodologyAt Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
