Hybrid role. Based in the RTP, North Carolina area, the Manager, North America Marketing, will lead efforts to execute high impact, strategic regional marketing initiatives tied to an overarching Global Marketing Strategy contributing to achieving company growth goals. Function as a subject matter expert for marketing campaign strategy, market positioning and lead generation, promotional materials, customer communication, and events for the North America market. Reinforce global corporate brand through all initiatives, work in alignment with other regional managers and digital marketing manager, and analyze/report measurement of initiatives across various touchpoints and channels. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of 2 to 3 individuals within the North America Marketing vertical. Create, implement, execute, and drive multi-channel marketing and strategies to drive growth (lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue retention, and market share) in the North American market with clearly identified measurable results. Own the North American media investment strategy, long and short-term planning, and an aggressive media testing plan, helping them identify marketing channels that will help us reach prospects more efficiently. Develop, lead, and coach North America Marketing team and guide inputs into Individual Development Plans and Career Path conversations. Own the North America Marketing Plan across all NA touchpoints and channels. Work closely aligned with the global digital marketing vertical and regional marketing verticals. Establish relevant market-based tactics and SMART success measurements integrated marketing campaigns aligned with best practices to support sales and go-to-market effort. Effectively manage marketing spend in line with the growth and business strategy and positively impact North America. Maintain constant awareness of market positioning amongst competitors, using data and insight to suggest creative and bold ways to improve the brand proposition within market. Collaborate and leverage cross-functional marketing services teams to develop briefs and operational execution plans (Events, Product Marketing, Content, Comms, Design). Align and support regional department heads (Customer Support, Sales) to maximize operational efficiencies across the business. Test, launch, and scale growth opportunities and channels in North America. Work closely with insights from the Digital Marketing vertical to leverage marketing technology capabilities and processes to enable multi-channel campaigns, MQLs, and lead nurturing. Ensure all materials are aligned with QARA regulations and reviewed by digital marketing team for alignment to brand. Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums. Be a customer champion, spearheading robust data-driven initiatives to grow overall reach and optimize each stage of the customer journey. Leverage data and analytics to drive evidence-based marketing science strategies that optimize commercial performance and customer engagement. Tactically drive customer satisfaction and NPS score. Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA's Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies. Skills needed to be successful Multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience, desired. Experience with SaaS and Cloud based solutions, desired. Strong understanding and ability to lead and teach regional marketing to team. Ability to lead and execute on multiple, critical projects at a time. Excellent strategic and analytical skills with an ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, and achieve successful business results rapidly. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills to drive and deliver marketing goals. Validated ability to communicate to multiple audiences in written, verbal and presentation format. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. Seeks different perspectives and invites and weighs opposing views. Proven ability to influence/persuade others. Demonstrated strong industry networking capabilities. Demonstrated management abilities. Solid knowledge of modern marketing tools, techniques, and technology. Required Experience & Education Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline. 3+ years of experience in managing strategic regional marketing, with strong focus on execution of marketing communications, multi-channel advertising, brand activities, lead generation, brand awareness, and sales support, in software, high technology, eBusiness, or equivalent environment. 2+ years managing and leading successful multi-channel marketing vertical. Preferred Experience & Education Experience working in global and/or international digital and marketing communications. Experience within IT software marketplace. Ability and comfort level communicating with and presenting to clinical and technical experts and leadership. Experience with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or equivalent, desired. Experience with project management . Physical Requirements Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Up to 30% Travel may be required. Moderate lifting/carrying 15-44 lbs.; use of fingers; walking/standing 2-6 hours. Exposure to hazardous materials or various weather conditions. Travel to client sites that can pose risk associated with healthcare organization. May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements.
