Buyers Edge Platform ("BEP") was born out of the 20-year growth and success of its founding companies Dining Alliance, Buyers Edge and Consolidated Concepts. BEP is a technology enabled group purchasing network, which provides group purchasing services, SaaS based technology solutions, and supply chain consulting and procurement related services to foodservice operators across many verticals, including restaurants (independents as well as multiunit, chains and franchise concepts), hospitality (hotels, casinos, resorts), healthcare (LTC based operators), colleges & universities and array of other foodservice based operators (food trucks, caterers, amusement parks and other leisure based operators). BEP represents over $35 Billion in Network Transactions. This position can be based remotely or hybrid, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays out of our Waltham, MA office. We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization for this role.
The Sr. Manager of Emerging Markets position is a critical piece in the future of Inside Sales - as the head water for the pipeline development function at BEPL this individual will be responsible for turning

resulting in future net new revenue to BEPL.
Your impact:
Starting Day One
Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure a sales process that establishes customer sustainability and longevity
Provide skill-based training, facilitate role playing learning techniques, and empower career development
Coach direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, and opportunity management
Manage accurate forecast of sales results and own responsibility for team's sales activities in systems (ex: Salesforce)
Short term (next 6 months)
Build a team who deliver prolific pipeline to BEPL
Coordinate cross functionally with brand leaders from across the company to generate a pipeline of pilots
Build out a program management rhythm to ingest pilot requests, organize, and test a sales motion
Work with Sales Ops to visualize the performance of pilots
Manage the daily performance, activity, and operations of a team of Sales Development Representatives
Start 3+ pilot campaigns by July 1
Achieve quarterly and annual growth targets and track team and individual performance against targets
Long term (over 6 months)
Build the playbook for all successful campaigns for handoff to Mid-market/Enterprise SDRs
Execute 5+ campaign pilots per quarter with a 75%+ success rate
Ensure CAC positive pipeline creation across all approved campaigns (post pilot)
Assist, in coordination with enablement, the ISR onboarding path
Assist, in coordination with Inside Sales, the coaching framework
About you:
Post-secondary education in business related discipline, Diploma, Degree or equivalent sales and business experience
8+ years of experience managing a sales team with an established track record
Willing to travel around 15%
Experience building programs from the ground up to drive high performing organizations
Experience managing multi-product sales environments and new product rollouts
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Possess high aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility with key internal stakeholders
Previous experience executing multi-brand sales strategies is highly desirable
Expert-level experience with Salesforce
