Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day salon operations• Meet team and individual sales quotas• Consult customers in a professional manner• Build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers• Increase customer traffic through local store marketing• Maintain client billing records and reconcile delinquent accounts• Maintain a clean and organized salon• Handle cash and administrative paperwork• Track goals and meet sales targets• Stand, bend, and walk for 8 hours per day
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Customer service experience• One or more years of management experience or equivalent• Reliable transportation and flexible availability• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals• Proven customer service experience• Polished professional appearance• Excellent communication skills• Attention to detail and organization
