Job Description and Duties Under the  direction of the Communications Division Assistant Deputy Director, the Information Officer II will lead a team of skilled and creative staff in the Publications, Design and Editing (PDE) Office. PDE designs, edits, and produces consumer and licensee publications, graphics, reports, external and internal newsletters, and many other visual assets that helps DCA connect with consumers, licensees and applicants.

Working Conditions The position is a Work Week Group E employee and is expected to work an average of 40 hours per week each year and may be required to work specified hours based on the business needs of the office. The incumbent works in an office setting, with artificial light and temperature control. Daily access to and use of a personal computer and telephone is essential. Sitting and standing requirements are consistent with office work. The position may be required to travel, by various methods of transportation.
Special Requirements Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) Instructions:
The SOQ is requested to elicit information regarding each candidate's interest and experience as related to this position. The completed SOQ should not be more than two (2) pages, using Century Gothic 12 point font size. Resumes, letters, and other materials will not be considered as responses to the SOQ.
