Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience.
4 additional years of related experience solving complex challenges.
4 years Progressive leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications: 3 years HR related experience.
Demonstrated track record of creating/implementing large scale programs, working with internal and external partners, setting performance criteria, guidelines and SLAs.
