About the teamAngi is seeking to fill this key role in its Services team. Services lets any homeowner book home services directly from Angi through angi.com or our app. It is a crucial growth pillar for Angi and has grown to triple-digit million revenue in only a few years. The next priority for the team is to bring more home services to more people in an ever more intuitive way (by providing a high-converting booking flow, a smooth pro matching and booking experience, all at the right quality and at right price) As the Manager of Services Demand you will help the team achieve both iterative and transformational growth. The role’s dual focus spans between deep-dives into consumer experience and business performance on the one-hand, and strategic long-term projects on the other hand. As such, this role will be strongly cross-functional, with significant exposure to marketing, category management, product, operations, analytics, and leadership. We are looking for a highly analytical individual, who is excited to wear both hats.What you’ll doPartner with marketing to test demand channels for Services such as SEM and SEOBuild dynamic models to inform decision-making. Provide the foundation for new and improved strategies, help build scrappy business cases for product roadmaps or operational tests Own analyses and reporting (both one-off and weekly/monthly) that provide actionable insights into metrics, issues and opportunitiesComplement your quantitative insights with qualitative data, competitive analysis, customer interviews etc.Build concise presentations that summarize your findings and lead to clear recommendations, share your work cross-functionallyLead specific growth projects, informed by your analyses, from project design, to operational execution, tracking, and scale-upWho you are3+ years of professional experienceExceptional quantitative skills and aptitude. Deep knowledge of Excel and, ideally, SQLSignificant experience framing up analyses independentlyDemonstrated experience gathering data from various sources and driving strategic insightDemonstrated experience executing projects involving various stakeholdersAn eye for the detail, excellent QA habitsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in PowerPointManagement consulting experience at a top firm, or a similarly analytical role at a fast-growth startup or technology/marketplace company preferredA strong interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces and product-driven organizationsExperience with direct-to-consumer digital marketing is a plusWe value diversityWe know that the best ideas come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems.
