Job Purpose and Impact:
As the Manager, Global HR Process Owner - Talent & Development, you'll spearhead the design, development, implementation, and assessment of sophisticated human resources operational processes across our organization. In this pivotal role, you'll champion change initiatives with a focus on enhancing employee experiences, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes within the talent and development domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic framework for a complex domain process, working closely with HR leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives, influence senior management, and navigate global complexities.
Design integrated end-to-end HR processes in alignment with our global technology roadmap and data management strategy, ensuring seamless integration of sub-processes and leveraging technology, data, and people effectively.
Provide innovative thought leadership to advance process and technology capabilities, identifying opportunities for optimization and conducting regular reviews to uphold quality standards and success metrics.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of process enhancements and track progress towards organizational goals.
Ensure alignment of process and technology developments with governance frameworks and end-to-end standards, providing expert guidance and strategic direction.
Collaborate with Talent and Development teams to refine processes such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Engagement, leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Undertake additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of six years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience supporting Talent and Development initiatives, with expertise in areas such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Engagement.
Familiarity with SuccessFactors talent module or similar HRMS platforms is advantageous.
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects and resolve complex challenges.
Experience driving global HR improvement projects and ensuring technology solutions align with operational strategic goals.
Additional Information:
This is a remote position open to candidates in the US, with the preferred location in Wayzata, MN.
Compensation is competitive and varies based on factors such as location, certifications, education, and experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted to reflect applicable geographic differentials.
Eligible for discretionary incentive awards based on company and individual performance.
Comprehensive benefits package, including medical benefits, subject to certain conditions as per collective bargaining agreements for Union positions.
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals applicable.
