Summary Provides reporting for the Company and analyzes performance compared to plan and prior year. Supports the annual planning process as well as the quarterly forecast process. Provides management support through customer information, Essbase marts and other special projects.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supports the Company Sales and Marketing teams, with timely reporting and analysis, to identify areas of profit enhancement opportunities that are in alignment with the mission, strategies, and goals of the company. Provides guidance, analytical and reporting support for strategic and operating plans. Responsible for Credit Memo Reporting.
Under the direction of the SVP Controller, maintains an effective structure of reporting, ensuring the integrity of the financial reporting and analysis. Identifies, communicates, and corrects weaknesses.
Provides support to the Sales Analysis Manager, and Director of Sales Analysis.
Develops a business partner relationship with the Foods Company Sales and Marketing teams.
Ad Hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
Minimum Education Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
MBA and CMA preferred.
Experience Requirements 5+ years experience, preferably within various Finance or Accounting functions including at least 3 years in Financial Planning & Analysis.
Experience Preferred 5-7+ years of finance experience OR previous industry experience. Power BI Tableau Data Analytics Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment. Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
