Summary The Manager, Enterprise Data Products, leads a team to build data products that support the organization's analytic and operational needs, working with stakeholders to align product roadmaps with strategic objectives. Job Description The Manager, Enterprise Data Products is responsible for leading a team that builds enterprise data products that drive revenue and reduce costs by supporting analytic and operational use cases for the organization. This position will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the organization to understand, develop and prioritize product roadmaps that align with strategic objectives. The Manager, Enterprise Data Products will manage a team of technical analysts and lead a cross-functional team responsible for capturing the detailed requirements, designing, refining, and delivering these products.

How You'll Spend Your Time You will comprehend the enterprise's data requirements, landscape, and priorities, and accordingly design, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of enterprise data products, from requirements gathering and market research to design and coordination with teams for timely and scoped delivery. You will spearhead interdepartmental collaborations among various teams and business lines to create solutions. You will create product solutions, break them down into detailed specifications including user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. You'll oversee guiding the QA process with development teams to guarantee products are delivered accurately and on time. You will be responsible for mentoring and training team members through the provision of guiding principles for data product development. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 7+ years of directly related experience in project management/business analytics management or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 5 years in data product management is preferred.
Highly developed SQL skills and deep data management experience including an in-depth knowledge of data manipulation, and integration. Deep understanding of data governance and master data management and their role in data integrity and mastered data products. Demonstrated Product Management ability including utilizing an agile framework to lead a team in the delivery of data products. Excellent leadership skills including a proven ability to manage across business units and lines of authority. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of successfully supporting and managing projects with business leaders, including demonstrated financial acumen (cost/benefit analysis, etc.). Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to independently solve complex problems and identify solutions. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong aptitude to collect and analyze complex problems that include interrelationships and dependencies to formulate effective solutions. Passion for highly technical products which do not have a user interface. Experience developing joint solutions and/or completing data integrations with external partners. Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities and make judgment calls based on objective information. Experience using Agile JIRA and Confluence. Experience running agile development methodologies and best practices.
