Compensation Overview The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Are you an ER professional with exceptional consulting skills and who enjoys helping others to manage through complex workplace issues? As an Employee Relations Manager, you will advise and provide support to business unit clients and Human Resources (HR) partners on a variety of complex employee relations matters, including, but not limited to, performance management issues, restructuring, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation. What Will You Do? Your responsibilities may include all or the majority, but not limited to, these components: Consults on employee relations issues for an assigned business/HR client group, independently managing cases of moderate complexity, ensuring consistency of best practices and identifying and articulating risk/reward strategies. Independently manages the most complex accommodation cases. Coaches and mentors less experienced team members on accommodations processes. May oversee and manage large, complex ER programs such as ER Case Management & Metrics; Pay Equity Analysis; Affirmative Action Plans & EEO-1 Reporting; the company's Employment Accommodations Program; and/or Pre-Employment Assessment process. Conducts investigations of a complex nature, documents findings and makes recommendations, as appropriate. Tracks and interprets trends in employee relations activity for assigned client group; proactively identifies issues and recommends appropriate solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? Bachelor's Degree preferred 5 years HR/ER experience or equivalent in education and experience General P&C Insurance knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams Advanced HR knowledge General Employment Law knowledge with expertise in ADA Successful record of creating, improving and executing large/complex programs What is a Must Have? Minimum of 3 years HR/ER experience or equivalent in education and experience What Is in It for You?
