Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree web development, marketing or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years experience working on digital marketing projects to include managing professional level employees or medium to large, cross-functional teams or projects.

Position Purpose:

As a manager on the Brand Management & Strategy team, you will help create the vision and strategy for Gulfstream to deliver a superior digital experience to customers and operators. Your work will require an optimal balance of organization, critical thinking, and drive. This role will require excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across the marketing team and throughout Gulfstream. This Manager will lead one full-time digital development professional and key vendor relationships.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

Collaborate with the marketing team and across Gulfstream to develop a unified digital customer experience strategy to enhance Gulfstream's digital presence, optimizing customer acquisition, retention, and contribution .

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement compelling websites, online campaigns, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions .

Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and proactively implement solutions that optimize user journeys to increase engagement and conversions .

Report on website performance and web campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 .

Partner with Acquisition Marketing team on paid digital campaigns to align web experience with business goals .

Management of marketing-owned website back-end, including data integrations .

Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly interfaces and landing pages .

Collaborate closely with business technology and customer support on development and maintenance of the company's customer portal, up-leveling to a best-in-class standard and ensuring alignment with branding and usability best practices .

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; software licenses; and applicable state, federal, and international laws and regulations including data security, privacy, and intellectual property laws .

Manage relationships with vendors and third-party developers .

Monitor emerging digital experiences and ensure Gulfstream brand is protected .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

Project management experience.

Experience in web management and digital marketing.

Knowledge of web development technologies, SEO, digital marketing best practices.

Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Hotjar.

Advanced knowledge and development experience in HTML/CSS, JavaScript and other programming languages.

Exceptional cross-collaboration skills and stakeholder management.

Experience developing in AWS and Liferay.

Experience with Marketo.

Knowledge of cookie consent management and best practices.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, removing complexity to create elegant solutions.

Mobile first mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
