NetApp IT supports a user community of ~ 20,000 users globally. Balancing a vision for understanding the art-of-the-possible and the ability to manage the complexity of the portfolio with command of the range of technologies required to be effective in the role. Supporting the user-kit loadout of a 10+K user community that is globally distributedMac and Windows fleet management at scaleDrive a culture of non-negotiable operational rigorIn partnership with Desktop Product management, discover and drive opportunities to evolve the desktop user experienceThe Jamf and Intune platformsService as L3 / 4 escalation point for Desktop SupportRegulatory and standards-based audits (such as Sox, SOC I / SOC II, etc)Mobile device management best practices using the Intune ecosystemGlobal fleet patch management and complianceEvolve policies and configuration across our desktop operations as well as software, application packaging and distribution, OS, BIOS and driver updatesManagement via extensive automationGlobal asset distribution logistics leveraging Autopilot and Apple BusinessMicrosoft 365 compliance features, capabilities, and their managementPowerShell and ideally one or more languages that can be leveraged for infrastructure automation and IaC, such as Python, Bash, Go, NodeGeneral familiarity with Microsoft Identity and Access Management servicesExcellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical peersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive delivery of communication and follow-upExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraintsSelf-motivated and forward-thinking personalityEducation
