Insight Global is looking to hire a Manager of Data Policy and Audit Readiness for a large healthcare client. This person will be responsible for implementing, and managing data governance policies. On a day to day the candidate will lead data policy initiatives and ensure to data governance policies and standards as well as improving the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes. You will need to have an understanding to apply standard risk frameworks to data governance practices as well as an understanding of lead change management, and communication for enterprise-wide programs.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years in Healthcare Data Experience
* 3+ years experience with data governance and compliance work experience
* Experience with data governance controls alignment to key regulations like HIPAA, PCI, CPRA and GDPR
* Bachelor's Degree * Familiarity with industry standard data management frameworks such as DAMA DMBOK, or EDM DCAM and/or CDMC '
* Data governance policy creation and management experience
Experience with Data governance in hybrid cloud environments null
