With the growth of our business, we have a need for a confident Communications professional and have created a new position, Manager, Corporate Communications in Monmouth Junction (South Brunswick township), NJ to join our Team. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Assist in developing content and coordinating company communication programs for internal and external stakeholders utilizing multiple communications channels to grow an audience and build company awareness and employee engagement
Collaborate with our CEO and Sr. Management, as well as external vendors, on content, timelines and deliverables for updates and modifications to company website and intranet site, employee resource groups, company events and social media and Public Relations campaigns
Define and analyze success metrics and synthesize insights into actionable tactics; Leverage new and existing platform-specific features, trends and ideas to find innovative ways to grow reach and build awareness and engagement with employees, potential candidates and company followers, among others
Consult with Advertising and Promotion team on FDA OPDP and DOL regulations and guidelines to support and follow organizational standards and branding, as required
Collaborate closely with Human Resources, cross-functional, internal partners (senior leadership, group leaders, etc.) to create, coordinate, schedule and/or distribute organizational announcements, press releases and company internal and external announcements, townhall and related meetings, new hire orientation, etc.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS YOU'LL NEED:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or related field and 5-7 years Public Relations, Communications, Social Media and/or related experience in a corporate environment. Life science, pharmaceutical or Public Relations agency experience – a plus
Demonstrated media experience supporting communications and branding efforts, Hands-on experience working on successful delivery of multiple digital products and platforms (i.e., web, email, digitally enabled personal promotion, etc.), Hands-on experience working with, and developing content for, business-focused social media platforms (i.e., LinkedIn, Glass Door, etc.)
Ability to adapt quickly, ask questions and collaborate closely across multiple departments and audience levels, including senior leadership
Experience working with, and/or overseeing, outside agencies or vendors
Excellent verbal and written communication and skills,
Excellent proofreading ability and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
