Strategic Benefit Resources, a division of Specialty Program Group, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Manager, Implementation and Client Services. This pivotal position requires someone who can effectively oversee the implementation of insurance products and services for clients, while also providing exceptional client support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of insurance products and services
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, underwriting, and claims, to coordinate successful client transitions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering proactive support, assistance, and guidance as needed
Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction levels, address feedback, and identify opportunities for additional services
Provide training and education to clients on insurance products, services, and policy features
Monitor key performance indicators related to client implementations and service delivery, taking corrective actions when necessary
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, and apply this knowledge to improve client services Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
Proven experience in client services, insurance sales, or account management within the insurance industry
In-depth knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing projects, teams, or client accounts
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and client relationship management tools
Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships
Department General Management Required Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience Required Travel: Up to 25% Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
