Our in-house executive team leads a strong core, but due to the growth and expansion of our company and brand partners, we are ready to train the next era of leaders . The essential function of the Management Trainee is to work alongside our senior-level marketing and sales staff and master customer acquisition strategies, execute field marketing campaigns, create sales pipelines, and eventually lead a team for our Verizon 5G client throughout the Milwaukee market.
The Management Trainee would be overseeing a majority of our daily accounts, while cross-functionally working with the marketing and sales team. While doing this, you will also shadow senior account managers to better understand the sales process and marketing campaigns. We firmly believe that any individual training in this role, and representing the future of the company should have a direct relationship with our clientele base. Responsibilities of a Management Trainee:
Initiate the sales process by meeting with customers regularly to review new telecommunications and product offerings Generate revenue by closing sales, creating referral pipelines, and promoting brand loyalty to customers Assist in daily promotion of our partner's latest and most up to date products and services Transition as the Management Trainee to a Senior Level Account Manager as you learn more responsibilities regarding the management of the sales cycle and team development Perform background research in order to better understand the market and what we can do to improve upon our overall results Train new team members to follow and execute company systems and procedures with professionalism, ease, and confidence Learn and improve on customer service skills to better relate to clients and represent the company in a positive manner Minimum Qualifications of a Management Trainee:
